Columbus Gold Satisfies Obligation Respecting Paul Isnard

Vancouver, BC, Canada, August 29, 2014 – Columbus Gold Corporation (CGT: TSX-V) (“Columbus Gold”) is pleased to announce that it has executed an agreement to satisfy an obligation in connection with the acquisition of the Paul Isnard Project by paying US$500,000 and issuing US$150,000 worth of common shares in the capital of Columbus Gold upon receiving the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
