Columbus Gold Announces Private Placement

April 9, 2015

Vancouver, BC, Canada, April 9th, 2015 – Columbus Gold Corporation (CGT: TSX-V) (“Columbus Gold”) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 common shares of Columbus Gold at a price of $0.43 per share, for total gross proceeds of up to $4,300,000. Finder’s fees may be paid in connection with the private placement in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”). Columbus Gold intends to use the proceeds of the private placement to advance its Eastside gold project in Nevada and for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to approval by the TSXV.
